Everything was brand-new, so were LOVELY views of the sea. The location in a great area was stunning and there were a night market and a market nearby. Visited few places in the centre, at a moderate distance from the hotel.

The beach isn't great for swimming due to low tide and nearby boats. Dining options outside the resort are limited. There were issues regarding the setup of beds in some villas, which left one guest to check out early due to lack of adequate sleeping arrangements. The initial welcome also catches you off guard with additional minibar costs that aren't clearly communicated at check-in.

After only one day in bangkok, which was very quite but very nice as well, we spent our little break in Elements. This was the perfect getaway after the big city experience. Very nice, professional and friendly staff. Great food in the restaurant. Loverly fresh water swimming pool. Nice beach to relax on. Big fitness center and very professional and not expensive spa. Overall an excellent experience.
All the negative publicity made about bangkok, made us worry too much before leaving and in all honesty; there was nothing to see about violence or problems, beside the closed down shopping malls.

I really loved the swimming pool, the food at the restaurant, the hotel suite, the prize. Everything was more or less clean, the people were very nice and helpful. Its a very good place to relax.
The beach - you cannot swimm there. Almost no water and the beach is a little bit dirty. There is nothing nearby. If you want to see another restaurant you need to take the hotel shuttle bus. If you want to buy some food, you need to take the bicycle.

The beach was nonexistent and the hotel manager hinted it was our fault for coming at the wrong time, how absurd! I had a mosquito problem in my room, which they clearly didn't address. So disappointing that a room upgrade wasn't offered as compensation for such inconveniences-I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn't.

The hotel facilities are fantastic and the place is really relaxing. Would recommend it for a relaxing holiday. The breakfast was fantastic. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.
Food was hit and miss over the four days we stayed there.

It was a unique experience. The hotel staff very very friendly during our entire stay there. We felt like we are with our family with their distinguished service quality. The garden villa was great with private pool which is bigger than it looks on the web. The food was delicous especially the breakfast and dinner menu. It is a very compact hotel where we found everything we asked for including a gorgeous spa and good gym. When you check in you are provided with a local mobile phone for your entire stay. They are also very helpful to arrange your transfers. In short it was a great experience and we are looking forward to going there soon !
Lunch menu was a bit weak

The staff was great and accommodated all our wishes. The location was quiet and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the resort towns.
Showers-no water pressure.

Very welcoming staff, I enjoyed a lovely manicure and pedicure in the hotel's spa facility and our evening meal in the hotel restaurant was delicious.
The beach was in a poor state following a storm prior to our arrival which is understandable to some level but but there didn't seem to be any evidence of an attempt to clear it. The pump in our private pool was not working, most external lighting wasn't working around our villa, we lost hot water and the fridge didnt work. A little dissappointing in some respects.

The spacious layout of the room exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the high-quality amenities and the cleanliness throughout the resort. The complimentary long tail boat trip was a highlight, offering fine views and nice snorkeling experiences.
Dining options were somewhat limited .

We booked a seaview apartment, but were upgraded to a garden villa with private pool. The room was spacious and very nicely decorated. The pool was not big, but more than big enough to do some swimming. Their main pool is very big and with fresh water, which is a very nice feature. The restaurant is very good (exceptional for a hotel restaurant) and not too expensive at all. Most western food places in Samui are much more expensive. Spa is lovely, professional,... The staff in this place is just wonderful. Very good English, friendly, professional and extremely helpful whenever you want something to be done. Nothing is too much for them. The location is remote, just what we were looking for. For some people, it will be probably too quite.

The resort is small and absolutely stunning. Local staff are pleasant and efficient and include native english speakers, which makes communication a lot easier.
